These terms govern your use of apps published by Little Loop ("we", "us", "our"), including Frame, SkyReady, and TideReady. By downloading or using any of our apps, you agree to these terms.
Our apps are provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any of our apps. You must comply with Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's subscription terms, including:
All content, design, code, and branding in our apps is owned by Little Loop. You retain full ownership of any photos, content, or data you create or import using our apps.
Our apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
SkyReady and TideReady display weather and tide information sourced from third-party providers, including the UK Hydrographic Office (UKHO) Admiralty data service. Tide predictions are mathematical approximations and may differ from actual conditions due to atmospheric pressure, wind, storm surges, and other local factors.
This data is provided for general informational purposes only and must not be treated as a substitute for official tide tables, coastguard advice, or local safety information. You should always check official sources and assess conditions yourself before making decisions, particularly around coastal areas where tidal conditions can change rapidly and present serious risks including tidal cut-off, stranding, and strong currents.
Activity suitability indicators in TideReady (such as recommendations for beach, surf, kite, fishing, or walking activities) are generated from the same third-party data and do not constitute safety advice. They are not a recommendation that any activity is safe at a given time or location. You are solely responsible for assessing whether conditions are suitable and safe for your planned activity.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or availability of any weather or tide data displayed in our apps. Data feeds may be delayed, interrupted, or unavailable, and we accept no responsibility for decisions made on the basis of incomplete or outdated information.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of England and Wales.
Subject to the above, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Little Loop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our apps, including any loss arising from reliance on weather or tide data. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app or subscription in the 12 months preceding any claim.
We may discontinue any app or feature at any time. If we discontinue a paid service, active subscribers will receive a pro-rata refund or equivalent access for the remainder of their subscription period.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our apps after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
