Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of apps published by Little Loop ("we", "us", "our"), including Frame, SkyReady, and TideReady. By downloading or using any of our apps, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of Our Apps

Our apps are provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any of our apps. You must comply with Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

2. Subscriptions and Purchases

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's subscription terms, including:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings
• Free trial periods, where offered, are forfeited when you purchase a subscription

3. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding in our apps is owned by Little Loop. You retain full ownership of any photos, content, or data you create or import using our apps.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

Weather and Tide Data

SkyReady and TideReady provide recommendations based on third-party weather and tide data. This information is for general guidance only and should not be relied upon for safety-critical decisions. Always check official sources and use your own judgement, particularly around coastal safety.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Little Loop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our apps. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app or subscription in the 12 months preceding any claim.

6. Termination

We may discontinue any app or feature at any time. If we discontinue a paid service, active subscribers will receive a pro-rata refund or equivalent access for the remainder of their subscription period.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our apps after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
